Catching Up With Old Friends

I had the opportunity to meet up with my best friend from elementary school. We had lost contact and had not seen or spoken to each other since middle school. We had thought of each other often during the last several year. Luckily, Tiffany ran into my mom and we became acquainted again. In fact, we have picked up right were we had left off. We talk often and have plans to get together as much as possible since we live so close.

Tiffany, I am so glad we were able to find each other again after all these years. I have truly enjoyed reminiscing with you and I look forward to so many more memories. I have missed you and I love ya to pieces.

Always Learning

Zoe has been learning so much. She has found her hands and feet and have realized she can make them move. It is the cutest things to watch her.

She has also learned out to use her hands to get the things she wants.

Zoe is also learning new things as we read to her.

I have learned that this is what happens when I leave my daughter alone with my niece for more than 10 minutes.

Zoe is 4 months. She is growing so fast. We are counting down the months until her adoption is finalized and we can be sealed to her. Two more to go.

We just love our baby Zoe. Everyday we are so thankful for her Birth Mother who chose to place Zoe with us. We will be forever grateful to her.

Photo Shoot

My sister and I pulled out the camera today. She took a bunch of pictures of Zoe and me today. I continued with the fun and took pictures of my friends little boy, Hendrix. The fun continued all day. I got carried away and took several more pictures of Zoe. Thanks again Kim for taking pictures and letting me borrow your camera.

This frog hat is so cute. My friend Jessica makes them. She sells them on Etsy.com. She has made some for Zoe as well. There will be more cute posting of baby hats made by Jessica.

Zoe's First Haircut

My mom (Grandma Joan) gave Zoe her first haircut on Thursday, July 29th.

Here is how it went.
